Kids Holiday Session

Get moving with Keyfit Life Kids "Happy Healthy Holidays"! Join our virtual, interactive movement and adventure sessions designed to work kids bodies and imaginations! Trade in the winter blues for healthy happy kids with this fun, free program!

Sessions will be held Monday through Thursday at 5:00pm CST.
