It is an online class that you can join from anywhere you are via a smartphone / tablet / laptop. If you miss a class the recording is available for later.

The classes are challenging but fun. The instructors can see you on their camera and will motivate you just like you were in an actual studio. The best part is you can stay anonymous, if you don’t want anyone to see you because you control your camera!
