  • What is a live streaming fitness class?
    It is an online class that you can join from anywhere you are via a smartphone / tablet / laptop. If you miss a class the recording is available for later.
  • I’ve never taken an online fitness class before, what should I expect?"
    The classes are challenging but fun. The instructors can see you on their camera and will motivate you just like you were in an actual studio. The best part is you can stay anonymous, if you don’t want anyone to see you because you control your camera!
  • What type of prior workout experience do I need to take a Keyfit Life class?
    None. Keyfit Life has classes to fit all workout levels. So whether you never worked out before or it's been a while, we can help.
  • Can I try a class first?
    Yes! We have a drop-in option for our live-streamed classes. Try any class you like for only $5 per class.
